Are the stones natural?

Yes. Every M. LINE necklace is made with natural stone, so variations in color, pattern and texture are expected and make each piece unique.

Will my necklace look exactly like the photograph?

The photographs represent the overall color and character of each stone. You are selecting the stone variety rather than the exact individual stone shown.

How do I adjust the necklace?

Gently slide one paracord knot at a time until you reach your preferred length. Avoid pulling both knots at once, as this may cause the cord to twist.

Can I get my necklace wet?

We recommend removing your necklace before showering, swimming or exercising. Water, sweat, chlorine and beauty products can dull the stones and gold-filled details over time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a $10 flat rate within the United States.

When will my order be ready?

Orders are typically prepared within 5 - 7 days and will ship from there.
